Matt provides counsel to campaigns at the local, state and federal levels as well as to clients in the private and public sectors. Most recently, Matt worked on special projects during the 2020 presidential campaign including having helped create President Joe Biden's viral "We Just Did" hat.
He also served as an adjunct professor in Centenary University's Business Department, teaching in their first-of-its-kind social media program. Prior to founding Publitics, Matt worked at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s PublicMind Poll and later taught freshman seminar for political science students and in the Law in the Liberal Arts program as an adjunct instructor.

Molly is an accomplished executive and consultant with proven success across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. Appointed by Governor John Carney as Cabinet Secretary of Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services, she led 4,000 employees in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, while transforming service delivery and improving efficiencies.
Drawing on her expertise in change management, leadership development, strategic communications, and budgeting, Molly now empowers leaders to drive meaningful change. A certified immersive meditation facilitator, she also holds a Master’s degree from Dartmouth College.
Angele Lansing | Director
Washington, DC
Angele has experience in the nonprofit sector from her work with The Water Institute of the Gulf, a 501(C)(3) environmental research agency specializing in coastal restoration and ecological sustainability. She also has experience working in commercial real estate, and for two State of Louisiana government agencies. Angele is a graduate of Samford University.
